You got this information from Forbes Magazine and other sites used it as their source. Forbes included all of Cuba's wealth and businesses as Castro's. That's Cuba's wealth - not Castro's. It's extremely difficult to get proper news from Cuba, but if you read Latin American news (translate it to English via Google if you don't speak Spanish) you'd get an entirely different perspective.
