Yep, that's exactly what I mean (both). I sometimes imagine explaining Bitcoin to my grandpa (lived through the Great Depression and fought in WWII). His eyeballs would pop out of their sockets. He held onto gold but the IRS raided his home when they decided no one could own gold. He wasn't the biggest fan of the federal government to begin with, but that sealed the deal.

We've always lived in a weird world, but I think it's getting weirder.
