Westerners/individualists believe in God and Heaven to justify their nothingness existence, which is nihilistic. This society relentlessly condemns "the other" to establish a sense of cohesion and superiority, but there is no genuine connectedness or harmony.
Collective cultures are present, actively pursuing society's goals and sharing experiences, which unite people and provide meaning. Perhaps, they're considered atheists because they don't worship the rich like in individualistic societies.
The Chinese Revolution demonstrates their capability to defend themselves, yet individualistic societies concern themselves with China's authoritarian government to distract themselves from their lonely existence.
