We speak the exact same language and it comforts me because sometimes I feel like maybe I'm totally nuts or wildly confused. Why aren't more people aware of this disaster... I guess I'm only aware because of my intense curiosity and interest in economics, but jeez. This is our lives.

Koch has a lot of fixing up to do. At this point it's going to take sweeping the fossils out of government and starting from scratch, and labor unions need to be reinstated immediately.

I'm an American living in Australia but I'm thinking of starting a citizen's lobbyist here. I've written to the Good Lobby in the EU and one of their objectives is to unite citizen lobby groups across the globe to establish a powerful movement for things like climate change. I don't think the US has a citizen's group, but maybe it would be a good thing to start. Who knows?
