We love the same things (more or less), and I am sad all of the time. Humanity created an evil, suicidal, mass extinction civilization that enslaved us to meaningless value.

We destroyed everything for nothing, and we're miserable yet continue digging our graves and Earth's. Life is beautiful and cruel, but we accepted cruelty as the norm and beauty as sporadic. It didn't have to be this way, but we insisted this was the only way.

We will become nutrients in the soil, feeding the species that sprout to life when Earth heals, but we won't know peace until we're dead.
