Vietnam didn't ask for the US to intervene. Nor did Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Panama, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Guatemala, the Middle East, and African and Asian nations. Indonesia faced one of the bloodiest US-led coups, and I'm sure Haiti loves the Clintons and Obama for their help...
How about COINTELPRO? What was that about?
Florida's Cubans are the oligarchy exiles and their descendants. They also work or have worked for the US government. Of course they hate communism and socialism. Their families controlled Cuba's wealth under the protection and advice of the US government. Why don't you talk to the Cubans within Cuba? Ask them what they think? Oh, I'm sure the media gave you an answer.
I don't care who wins the US election. Both parties follow the same destructive economic path, and the rest of the world gets to deal with it. Americans suffer too, but they don't even know it. The rest of the world is way more aware than Americans - Chile just voted to throw out its Milton Friedman, neoliberalist constitution and will finally get a new one, but ya. American Capitalism isn't going my way.
You're intelligent, but you're not always getting the correct information. I'm not going to pretend it's that much better in other countries, but the US is that much worse for propaganda, misinformation, and lies. Hell, since 2012, Obama allowed the media to disseminate propaganda. At least, in countries outside the US, we know it's all bullsh*t to take over our natural resources and wealth. Americans just blame the left or right or Russia or China or each other.
