Um... you do realize MLK, Fred Hampton, Malcolm X, and Patrisse Cullors were either communists or Marxists? And Latin Americans elect socialist leaders? Socialism has never been able to prevail because the US controls the world through military and economics. If you don't obey the US, your government is overthrown, or you're assassinated.
