Ugh. I grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Australia years ago. When Reagan was governor his bright idea was to stop funding mental health, and no one renewed it. It's devastating. Every time I visit my family in LA, there are more homeless people than the year prior. It's criminal the city hasn't done anything about housing.
