This is an exceptional antiwar piece, which for fucks sake should be the immediate response to the atrocities and massacres.

We are in a dark state, cheering revenge and carnage and slipping further into a fascist, homicidal hole. The mob is ready to attack on command and at will, and it's terrifying because the anger will continually escalate until its released. Where the Kill! Kill! movement leads is not anywhere we want to be, but I don't see a rational resolution anywhere on the horizon.

Our governments applaud assassinations and gleefully celebrate deaths and wars. This is dystopia, and we're void of reason, impulsively reacting like rabid beasts.
