The US doesn't want to be partners with Cuba. Cubans offered their incredibly skilled medical support to the US during Hurricane Katrina and numerous times, but the US won't accept Cuba's support. Cubans went to Italy at the onset of the pandemic to help the Italians. Cuba developed 5 vaccines and one of them is being given to Latin Americans for free because Pfizer made Brazil and Argentina use their natural resources as collateral.

Cuba is failing because the US has sanctioned the country for over 60 years. Americans only dream of having the health care Cubans have. Biden is a neoliberalist just like all of the American presidents -they only want countries' resources and wealth. They don't care about humanity.
