The US appears weak and desperate. Either it can't reel in Israel or doesn't care to maintain its BS persona any more.

Its objective is China, and it doesn't want to withdraw from the South China Sea or the region, but Israel's actions compel the US to remain in the Middle East despite its goals. This is baffling, and I wonder does the US control Israel or vice versa.
