The only war I support is class war, but that's not happening in the US any time soon.

Governments start wars, and the public doesn't get a say. Americans didn't vote to invade Afghanistan and Iraq, and there's nothing democratic about US foreign policy.

Economically suffocating (sanctions) dictators kills and harms the public. UN members voted to ban sanctions, but the US voted to maintain them. Meanwhile, sanctions starve Afghans to death and impair millions of lives globally.

Perhaps, there's a humane method to resolve conflicts because wars and sanctions hurt the public. However, governments should continue these actions if preserving life isn't the objective.
