The Nazis were capitalists, and my family immigrated to the US to escape fascist Italy, not the Soviets. My grandpa returned to Europe to fight for the US alongside the Soviets against the fascists during WWII.

I lived in Europe and spent time in Eastern Europe, and Europeans protested against NATO. Cold War propaganda generated fear in the US of the USSR and Russia, but Europe has not shared the sentiment.

In the mid-20th Century, the USSR piped gas and established friendly trade relations with Europe. This continued until Ukraine obstructed Russian pipelines in the mid-2010s, prompting European and Russian governments to fund the Nord Streams.

Russian Media Monitor (RMM) is a CIA-backed program, and the CIA is responsible for countless propaganda campaigns, murders, political interventions, disposal of democratic governments, and international terrorism. It discloses some activities on its website if you want proof.

Julie Davis, who created RMM, works for the CIA, and we can't watch Russian media, yet our government permits her to translate it for us. That's bizarre. Why not let us watch Russia's media independently and allow others to translate?

Furthermore, the US and international community would provide troops if Russia was as dangerous as RMM claimed, and official reports stated Russia is not a threat to Europeans or Americans.
