The government shut down businesses but how are business owners and people who work retail supposed to survive? People should have been compensated for their loss, and for some reason, too many people think states are responsible for the shitty PPP loans. I seriously doubt people would be as angry with state governments if the fed gov had provided them an income to stay home.

Newsom being an asshole and dining at a notoriously expensive restaurant while people relied on charities for food is wrong, but there are so many factors involved with the anger that aren't entirely his fault - and again, I don't support his dumbass.
