Thank you. I learned through anxiety, depression, crisis, and uncontrollable unknowns that embracing instead of fighting emotions and circumstances reduces stress significantly, enabling better decision-making. But it's a daily mental exercise to recognize and accept reality instead of avoiding it or allowing it to bog me down.
