Tessa, I was working when I messaged, so I couldn't supply you with the sources, and I don't doubt your intelligence. It's been a long, grueling day, but bear with me.

I'm not sure if you're implying I'm a fan of Putin or why you want me to feel emotional about him, but I did mention Putin is evil; "and this scares the crap out of me because Putin is evil."

US, NATO, and Russia had numerous meetings over the last decade, and the White House website provides these details. However, the last meeting before the invasion was in January.

I agree, fuck Russia, but we're playing with fire, and every living thing on this planet is in jeopardy because our governments chose not to negotiate and instead militarily beat Russia. It's risky and scary, and all I can do is hope one of our governments will at least meet with Putin to see if there's a resolution. So many deaths and so much destruction, and there's no harm in communication. Ugh.
