TEK, you somewhat know a little to a lot about everything, but not everyone is aware of what's going on or has had the time to think about it. Many of us deflect or refuse to accept reality, but we have power, and we forget that. Also, the essay has a hint of sarcasm. =) Remember Occupy Wall Street? I know we know what's going on, and we're defeated, but we have to keep trying.

We also have the solutions, but we can't figure out how to get there. I didn't put forth solutions because we can't get answers if we don't demand them - together. Our biggest issue is our inability to unify and say enough is enough. We are the majority, and we require better.
