Sometimes, I think US intelligence slips a bit of the truth in to keep the skeptics from completely abandoning their BS. It's like they're saying, ok. We've been bad, but we're cleansing ourselves and coming clean. You can trust us now. See? We didn't lie about Russia's plans to invade because we provide (some) the truths now.
