Putin is the oligarchs' public relations, and we can't ignore the West's intervention in Ukraine. When we look at this objectively, what would the US do if Russia or China developed military bases along the US border?

If regions of the country identify with Russian heritage and want to become a part of Russia, why is it the US' business? Peace should always be the objective, but it seems like the US media is hell-bent on war.
