Putin is ten years younger than Biden and a million years ahead of the US political thought process. It's a horrendous disgrace a pre-invasion negotiation and compromise wasn't settled and Ukrainians suffer for it.

No one even asks wtf the US is doing in Ukraine, as if it has every right to be involved and never creates a bigger a mess. Maybe Russia wouldn't have invaded if the US had minded its business, but we don't ponder that option.
