Oh, I know, and too many of us act like it's always been this way. In the 90s, we protested against free trade and deregulation, but here we are. We know the system is broken, but it's like we gave up trying to fight it and instead started fighting each other. I'm generalizing, but times are weird right now.

The recent workers' strikes give me hope. It will take a mass movement to generate change, and there isn't one solution to fix everything, but we know this isn't working.
