Oh, boy. I grow the most consumed, low-maintenance herbs, fruits, and vegetables because they tend to taste better, reduce emissions, and save money, but growing food isn't easy or reliable.

So many things go wrong, and I appreciate farmers more than ever. Aphids clone themselves and destroy crops within no time. They are unbeatable devils, and I don't have the generational knowledge farmers possess.

We are morons for underestimating their skills, and I recommend learning about edible weeds.
