NATO's attack on Libya is one of the saddest stories of the 21st Century. The US called Gaddafi a dictator and assembled an anti-Gaddafi minority to over throw him, but the majority of Libyans and African nations adored him.

The US and friends still help themselves to the complimentary Libyan oil, or is in that in Syria? Hmm, maybe both nations - hard to remember all the invasions.
