Janet, I ate my words and choked on them decades ago (Gore/Bush). Neither party gives a crap about the people. Trump should be losing by a landslide, but the candidate running against the fascist buffoon represents everything a large cohort of Americans are fed up with.

Most people voted for Biden because Trump is a lunatic, and not because Biden is going to be a spectacular leader. As soon as people realize the entire government (excluding the Squad) are neoliberalist putting the people last, we might actually get somewhere.

I want Biden to win because Trump is a threat to democracy, but I wish I could have voted for someone who would turn this shit show around. Ever wonder how we got here or is blaming the right easier than thinking about the decades of bad government?

And please don't go on about how great Obama was. People are still suffering and never regained their wealth from the administration's decision to reward the banks with a bailout rather than provide for the Americans who were robbed from predatory lending. There's also the countless civilians murdered from drone strikes in Syria, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
