I've lived in many places in South America and have been to the places you claim are overcrowded. I also didn't experience any airconditioning while in Brazil unless I went to a huge mall, but all these points are irrelevant. Could it be the indigenous population in the Amazon are more vulnerable and likely to die from Covid implications?

Ya, I live in Melbourne and it's ridiculous the gov was putting people in hotels to quarantine once they returned home from overseas, but apparently they've made them safer via vents and filtering systems. I really wish people in other nations could see what we've done down here in the Southern Hemisphere.

Every single Covid outbreak has been traced back to its source. The contact tracing has been exceptional because it quickly quarantines anyone who's been in contact with an infected person. The virus goes nowhere because it's contained before it can do much damage. We have drive-through testing centers everywhere and people have been so incredibly responsible it's blown me away. Anyone who feels slightly ill, gets tested. It's easy, fast, and free.

Hm maybe talk to more people in Melbourne about lockdowns and how they feel now that we can go to concerts, movies, and etc because we killed community transmission.

*Urban planning in Melbourne is a sad joke
