It frustrates me people don't understand the federal goverment's role in providing funds for states. Way too many Californians believe Newsom is responsible for the federal government's horribly administered PPP small business loans, and the homelessness did not appear overnight. People are misplacing their frustrations and the consequences for voting with our emotions is going to hurt us more.
