I'm glad more people see it. Biden's the first president in my lifetime to boldly do the right thing and face the unpopular backlash. The military could have stayed another 20 years, and the ending would be the same because there was never going to be a good ending.

Biden gave six months' notice and Trump arranged a deal with the Taliban in 2018. The people in Afghanistan should have been evacuated sooner, and we should accept more refugees, but withdrawing had to happen. I really don't think any other politician in office would have done it.
