I'll be happy when Bush, Obama, both Clintons, Putin, Biden, NATO, the weapon manufacturers, and every nation and administration involved face war crimes. However, that will never happen. The West provoked the attack and it doesn't justify Putin, but accountability would be a fucking good place to start if we want the wars to stop.
