If I could give this 1 million claps, I would. I grew up in the US and moved to Australia. In the US I had crippling anxiety and depression. I was too young to understand drugs weren't the only solution, but Dr.'s prescribed away. An ongoing prescription for Xanax and Paxil only made me feel worse. It wasn't until I moved to Australia and received universal healthcare covering mental health plans, I learned the tools I needed to live a healthy life in this crazy world.

If I was granted just two wishes, they would be food security and healthcare for the whole world. I really don't think this is asking too much, but the US government won't even consider it and rather sabotage the entire country than invest in the people's wellbeing.
