I started following the Covid long haulers Facebook page to help my friends struggling with the aftermath. It's incredibly scary and the uncertainty of it potentially affecting the rest of their lives is increasing their depression. Ugh.

After I had Dengue the chronic fatigue was horrific and it gave me anxiety thinking I'd never get better. I can't imagine how people are coping with this and wish I could be more supportive.
