I love this! Being as though we have to work to survive, we are stuck with coworkers who don't want to be there and we are forced to work jobs we don't like, but haven't much of a choice. I enjoy working and feeling productive for a company and objective aligning with my values.

I rather pay people to stay home than work with people who don't want to be there. I'm totally fine with making my experience better at work if it means people who don't want to be there, don't have to be because they options to pursue whatever it is they want to do, rather than be in a job just because they have to.
