I looked into why it feels like we have no time, and many young people commute further, work more hours or two jobs, have low community support for the family, and feel pressure to over-commit. I'm sure you encountered these issues when you were younger, but it's not just the physical aspects.
Tasks take longer than ever before because we've created more bureaucracy, and the burden of worry and stress exhausts us. We worry constantly about the future, our financial well-being, and so much more. We're among the most depressed group of people in our history and we're dying from unnecessary self-induced deaths younger than older generations.
