Indigenous land practices are used today to revive soil, capture carbon, manage fires, etc., and we're still learning their cultural traditions, but the point is we're so lost right now. We're trying to figure shit out by comparing ourselves to a time we weren't influenced by the advertisements and noise.
The example you've used was not the culture of the majority of tribes, and it definitely doesn't represent Aboriginals in Australia.
A lot of the information we were fed in school and in society was generated from one side of history. For example, where did you learn about socialism? How did millions of people die from it? Why do Americans have such a strong reaction toward socialism? No other country in the world reacts to the word socialism the way Americans do. Why do you think that is?
