I get what you're saying about liberals, and I agree with you, but there are many variations of "the left". I think our current government should be chased out of the office and sent to a remote island. It might blow your mind to know the real left hate Obama, Biden, both Clintons, Pelosi, and many more.

Maybe we briefly had a free market economy, but now, our government funds corporate owners and big businesses with our economic contributions - both dumb parties. I understand the reasoning behind supporting free markets, but the problem is we need regulation to protect us (the people who don't own capital). Wealth enables power, and supply and demand don't have an effect because we don't have the power to shift markets. Also, privatization of medical, prisons, parks, education, etc. doesn't provide better services.

If I call myself a Dr, that doesn't make me a Dr. Most people don't understand communism or socialism or capitalism. Mao and Stalin were authoritarian psychopaths who claimed they were communists because their countries just had a revolution to oust capitalists, but they employed state capitalism.

I don't blame capitalism for communism's inability to thrive. Capitalists intervene to dismantle public wealth. They don't want the public to have ownership of anything because it would distribute wealth. Just have a look at every country that nationalized natural resources - they endured coups, and wealthy nations/people funded and orchestrated them.

I don't think libertarians want anarchy. I actually think they want the same things as the left, but in practice, libertarian ideals failed. We don't live in isolation - we have to solve problems at a community level.
