I disagree Putin manipulates information in the West as much as we're told he does. I've come across one Russian account on Facebook spewing incorrect info, but I've seen way more intentionally misleading, incorrect, and biased American sources.

Ukraine has a neo-Nazi problem, and the CIA has links to the group. The CIA's plot to take over governments has been the same framework since the beginning of the Cold War. For proof, the CIA website lists declassified info on their website.

Numerous Latin American, Middle Eastern, Asian, and African nations endured CIA trained and funded right-wing militia coups throughout the 20th and 21st centuries. The CIA later admitted to every single one or was caught in the act (Venezuela, Cuba, & Bolivia).

The problem is every side is spitting crazy shit, and we can't verify anything right now. Eventually, we'll know more, but the US government, political science, and foreign policy advisors published material long before the invasion.

At the moment, the media and politicians discredit and change the facts that have been understood prior to Russia's invasion. It's disturbing to watch this, but the truth always comes out - even if it's just drips and drabs.

Putin is bad, but the US uses him to excuse itself, and we're being lied to.
