I am so with you. Corporations like the media, sell racism and anti-racism or both at the same time (whatever makes them the most money). Hijacking distinct lingo from minorities, subcultures, etc. reduces their power. CNN is a corporate business; it is not a person, an independent journalist, or a friend.
News outlets trying to attract readers via pseudo-culture/being down with the people is everything wrong with everything.
