I agree. The media and education system sell an ideology that encourages stealing land, slavery, and bigots. Our life goal is to generate a profit, and exploiting people is the easiest approach, but we must dehumanize each other to morally justify it.

We don't associate capitalim's social and political impacts as the fundamental problem, but it's time we do.

I already left the US, but it's always home, and my family is there. When no one was held accountable for the Iraq War propaganda and the 2010 Citizens United bill passed, I knew life would worsen and a revolution was the only way anything would change. We have to stop the flow of capital and rid the corruption within our government, and the capitalists won't go peacefully.

The BLM protests demonstrated the police's preparedness and willingness to silence mass unrest with violence, but there's not a movement against the oppressive system anyway. Maybe when climate change reduces food supplies, causing starvation, people will have no choice but fight because our government won't save us.

I really don't know when the breaking point will come, but eventually, we'll snap, and the whole thing scares the crap out of me.
