Hope you're hanging in there! I was reading about the dopamine implications from long-term exposure to video games and social media. It scared the god dang crap out of me, but it's not me I'm worried about. I didn't grow up with social media (thankfully) and didn't play video games, but it's not looking good for people who did and the kids who do. It's funny how China bans young people from video games to protect them and Western govs do nothing, and we call that freedom.
