Has it dawned on the masses that our superpower nation can't (won't) protect us from genuine threats? The US is a highly industrialized country that can't restore essential services to a devastated region yet spends trillions to drop bombs on civilians.

Will we ever revolt? Is there a limit to our suffering? I don't understand.
