You're intelligent and think critically, and for some hopeful reason, I believe our lives would improve if more Americans questioned our government.

I'm told I'm naïve, misunderstanding the world, but undoubtedly, our government has pursued resources and profits for corporate interests since WWII.

Our livelihoods worsen, and we can't influence our government's domestic policy let alone foreign, but I foolishly wish we tried.

There's always money for wars yet none for peace and prosperity, but I'm naïve - this is the real world, not a manufactured existence that we created.
