Great essay. There are people who are so rich that they couldn't even spend half (or a 1/4) of their money in their lifetime while people sleep on the streets and rummage through garbage for food.

Capitalism is inherently flawed because the endless profit growth model requires low-cost inputs, and low wages and minimal staff are the easiest methods to cut costs.

We've entered the Golder Gilded Age, and it's an utter dystopia, yet the capitalist sympathizers (usually those who are less poor than others) froth at the mouth over Bezos and Musk's wealth. Maybe, their kink is subservience.
