Freedom is not exploiting myself and others to obtain basic needs. Freedom is a society that doesn't use freedom to justify enslaving others and robbing from the future.

As long as we have to buy basic needs, we won't be free because freedom is universal access to basic needs. Everything else inflicts individual morals/beliefs on others to imprison them - and that's not freedom.
