Fortunately, I like my job, but oh, boy. I've worked in some seriously f*cked places, and the more I cared about my work the worse the working conditions.

We must adhere to the hierarchy structure by not appearing more hardworking or intelligent than our managers, and eventually, doing the bare minimum while acting busy is all you can do until you find another job.

There are too many bullshit jobs and emotionally disturbed people working under one roof. It's the recipe for most workplaces, so it's somewhat difficult to find purposeful, stable jobs and co-workers, but it's also painful to clock-watch all day.

It's tough out there!
