Does anyone know the US' or Russia's strategy? Pouring weapons into a country and hoping for the best isn't a strategy, and I have heard so many things about Russia that I have no idea what it's trying to do. I guess be evil?

I volunteer at an urban garden and a Russian speaking Ukrainian refugee has joined our group. She was doctor in Ukraine, but her degree isn't recognized anywhere else. What are all these displaced people going to do? Has anyone thought about this?
