Black Mirror terrifies me because the episodes are a slight exaggeration of our reality.

I read Animal House too, but it's been a while. I've read 1984 a couple of times so I'm more familiar with it, and no. No one reads anything longer than 4 minutes if they read at all. Why read books when you can get instant gratification the moment you open your phone?

Ha. I remember drunkenly sprinting to a pay phone to call my mom by 10 pm to ask if I could stay out later. Still, that's more liberating than a tracking device.

The average age of the population is a good question. Surely, the boomers still skew the results? I have no idea. I'm a gen x and no one even knows we exist. Ha.

Some young people seem more aware of the BS media and corrupt structures than the older population, but I don't come across enough of them to know wth they do or think about.
