Arabs aren't a monocultural population. The region has unique traditions and histories, yet Westerners group them into one demographic, insisting they aren't diverse and Arab nations are all the same.

Americans can't freely migrate to Canada, and the US wouldn't accept 2.3 million Canadian refugees, yet neighboring Arab nations should allocate significant financial resources for accommodation, infrastructure, public services, etc., to relocate an entire country's inhabitants.

Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, and Afghanistan can't provide for their citizens or millions of migrants because Western wars, sanctions, occupations, geopolitical leverage, and IMF loans hinder them. However, capitalist governments pursue profits, not humanitarian care, because capital motivates them.

The PLO originated as a resistance movement that expressed solidarity for oppressed people by confronting tyrant governments. Corruption eventually influenced the Organization's leaders, who accepted compensation to undermine Palestine and revolutionary movements in the region.

I'm not defending the PLO, but you implied revolts against governments are unethical yet overlook their citizens' affiliation with the Organization. Lebanese defend Palestine yet detest Israel because it occupied the country, and Syrians still endure Israeli missile strikes. Undoubtedly, the PLO isn't a saint, nor are the governments you listed.

Understanding conflicts requires evaluating a population's struggles and revolutionary movements, which aren't immoral.

Western imperialism and colonialism are responsible for most of the region's conflicts. Perhaps everyone is at fault, but we pick a side and insist violence is the only solution because we no longer believe in peace. What a sad existence.
