Amazing. Thanks for the info. It's so depressing right now. Ugh. I was in Serbia in 2009 or so, and stumbled upon a huge placard dedicated to the children killed by NATO in 1999. The bombed-out building remains as reminder, yet the people who need to see it live on the other side of the world.

Violence begets violence, but that's all we know. Ugh.
