All I wanted from Trump was the JFK files and he couldn't even do that.

I find it odd NATO intended to contain the USSR after WWII, and aside from NATO's funding and support for Gladio (and para-military groups suspected in other European countries), NATO didn't engage in military action until the USSR collapsed. Even that war didn't involve Russia.

I'm not sold on the idea more military and weapons means more peace. It's like agreeing less gun regulations make everyone safer. Doesn't it make more sense to engage diplomatically and build relationships?

I don't think Trump bothered to do anything but bullshit, provide tax cuts for the wealthy, and make Americans look dumber than ever before. Many developing nations reported they endured less US interventions because we were focused domestically. Measuring the validity of that statement isn't practical, but if I find that report I'll post it here. However, the US still managed to sanction Cuba, meddle in Bolivia, and bomb Somalia.

Trump is so shit, but like US presidents, he pursues capital gains for American capitalists. Plus, like most Republicans, he wants a war with China.
